Our newly reimagined workshops are presented in an elevated style, thoughtfully designed to offer a truly immersive experience. Longer in duration and richer in detail, each workshop is carefully curated to unfold at an unhurried pace.
Since you ask us if we do actually everything ourself, we will share with you our love to patisserie and nature. In our new exclusive workshops, two great passions come together to create an extraordinary experience: refined patisserie artistry and floral styling. Hosted in small groups, each workshop offers a personal and intimate atmosphere, allowing space for creativity, enjoyment, and meaningful exchange. All the flowers and herbs we use for our pastries come from our garden and agriculture.
Under the attentive and expert guidance of our Head Pastry Chef, we create together elegant confections with a eye for detail, where craftsmanship and aesthetics blend in perfect harmony.
Most importantly also for body and soul are taken care of. The workshop fee includes: refreshing soft drinks, fine snacks from our snackbar, a little Lunch (for a truly Goldstück experience all drinks and food will be tailored to the respective workshop theme), a beautifully recipe booklet, and our original Goldstück apron, which accompanies you throughout the course.
All pastrie and floral creations made during the workshop may be enjoyed on site in a relaxed setting or elegantly packaged to take home — appropriate packaging materials are, of course, provided.

All our workshops take place at our patisserie and in good weather also on our terrace.
The Duration of our Workshops is in between 6-7 hours.
