For our unique Goldstück’s Brunch and High Tea is a reservation required, at least one day in advance. Since we need a little bit time for the preparation because everything we do is homemade at our patisserie.

If you want to get a little the Goldstück feeling at home and enjoy an extensive Brunch or High Tea at home, we offer our Brunch and High Tea, also to take away.

Due to the complexity and signature style of our cuisine, we can only take allergens into account when they have been communicated in advance and are not too invasive to our menu. Otherwise, we may not be able to serve a dish. 

Our patisserie style involves working with grains, dairy and animal products. This means we cannot accommodate requests to cook entirely gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan.

For all late risers, we offer a brunch here in our Goldstück Patisserie in Merkelbeek from 10 – 14 o’clock. We have a small but fine breakfast assortment with housemade delights, which alternates seasonally. So let us surprise you, every time you come.

If you want to have a nice delightful High Tea experience, we serve our Goldstück High Tea from 14 – 17 o’clock. For the exclusive experience, we serve our High Tea on the delicate tea service.
