In this workshop, we celebrate the strawberry as the true star of the season: fresh, elegant, playful, and full of flavour. You’ll be guided through a delicious journey of French pastry classics, modern patisserie techniques, and nature-inspired creations – all with a strong focus on craftsmanship, aesthetics, and taste.
Together in about 6-7 hours, we’ll work with high-quality ingredients and explore how the strawberry can be expressed across different styles: from the classic pastries to modern mousse tartlets with exciting textures, and light, herb-infused desserts inspired by a summer garden. Along the way, you’ll learn techniques such as creams, gels, crunchy components, and refined glazes, blending traditional French pastry knowledge with contemporary elegance.
Throughout the workshop, small snacks and refreshing strawberry drinks invite you to pause, connect, and enjoy the moment. The atmosphere is relaxed and inspiring, encouraging creativity, exchange, and shared enjoyment.
At the end, everything comes together: our desserts are presented at a thoughtfully styled table, enhanced with floral arrangements we create together, and brought together into a beautiful dessert table.
